Get to know the blogger

Hey readers…

I have decided to answer some questions which

Who is your hero?

image

My hero is Demi Lovato. She is so open and honest about all her struggles and is still a role model after everything she has been through.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

If I could live anywhere it would be Norway, I went in October 2018 for my Honeymoon, we went on a cruise so we went from Bergen all the ways to Honningsvåg and I absolutely adored it. I felt like it was home. I loved it that much I have booked to go again in June 2020 and I can not wait. I will try and do some blog posts for this but I need to figure out how I am going to do it due to internet access.

What is your favourite family vacation?

My Favourite family vacation would have been to Majorca. This was my last family holiday before my mum and dad split up, I was around 18 (I think) and it was an extended family holiday, my mum, dad, brother, my boyfriend (at the time), my aunty and my cousin. I would have loved to have gone again but family and life changes. I will hold these memories forever.

What would you change about yourself if you could?

My low confidence. I have no confidence at all and this is one of the reasons I fail at everything I do because I do not believe I am good at it. This blog has been on and off for this reason. I don’t feel like I have things to say regarding books, or whether people will want to read what I have to say about books. I am trying to force myself past this and my husband has been an amazing help with this.

What really makes you angry?

People not being honest and lying are the two things which makes me really angry. I would rather someone tell me the truth about how they feel and be honest with me if I have done something which has upset them, than just completely ghost me.

What is your favourite thing about your career?

My favourite thing about my career is the constant change of situations every day. I work in IT so no day is the same, it is always different. Sometimes it can be really quiet but other days it can be so busy you have no idea where the day has gone.

What is your biggest complaint about your job?

How quiet it can be especially during the Christmas and school breaks.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

When I was younger I used to dance and the medals I won doing this are my biggest accomplishments. This is something I really do miss, but my knees are too weak now to carry on.

What is your favourite book to read?

I love reading fantasy and crime/mystery books, they are my favourite things to read. I have recently got into David Baldacci books.

What was the last movie you went to? What did you think?

I have no idea, I don’t get to the cinema all that often, even though I really should go some more.

What did you want to be when you were small?

I wanted to study criminology and become a criminologist, but I went into IT. This is a choice I sometimes regret doing.

If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?

I would love to work in a zoo for a day. I love animals and I would like to see the day in the life of a zoo.

What is your favourite sport to watch?

I love watching football and F1. It is a perfect weekend when these are both on. I am a season ticket holder at my local football club.

What would you sing at Karaoke night?

I’d sing Bohemian Rhapsody by the queen with my dad.

Which would you rather do: wash dishes, mow the lawn, clean the bathroom, or vacuum the house?

I love cleaning the bathroom, I love having a clean and tidy bathroom. Vacuuming the house would come a close second.

If you could hire someone to help you, would it be with cleaning, cooking, or yard work?

I would hire someone to do yard work. This is something I absolutely hate doing.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Pizza, Pizza and more Pizza. I love pizza, it’s my all-time favourite food and always makes me happy.

Who is your favourite author?

My current favourite author is Brandon Sanderson, I love his books and I can’t wait to read more of them.
