Books I have pre-ordered

Hey Readers… 

Today I thought I would go over the books I have on pre-order for the rest of the year. I don’t usually pre-order books a lot, I usually go into the store and pick them up but I am actually really excited about these books and would like them on the day of the release. I will not be putting the synopsis for these books as I don’t want to spoil myself but I will leave Goodreads links.

August 

The girl who lived by David Lagercrantz

The first one is due to be delivered on the 22nd of August. This is the continuing Steig Larsson’s Millenium series. I really love this series and find myself purchasing the books as soon as I realize a new one is out. I am not going to put a synopsis as I don’t want to spoil it for myself but I am excited to re-read this series to continue on.

Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir

The release date is the 1st of October. This book is something I have been seeing everywhere, booktube, bookstagram and twitter. So naturally I have decided to pre-order it, the synopsis sounded like something I would love and I personally think the cover is gorgeous. This is the first book I will have read by this author, so I am excited to see how this goes

The Tenth Girl by Sara Faring 

The release date is the 1st of October. This is book does have mixed reviews on Goodreads but I am still super excited to read this one. It sounds like a book I would pick up to read or that my husband would pick out for me to read, so I can wait to get stuck into this one.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K.Rowling, Illustrated by Jim Kay

The next one needs no introduction or explaining really. This one is due out on the 8th of October.

Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo

The next book is due to be released 8th of October and this is Ninth house by Leigh Bardugo. I have heard so much about this one so fell for the hype and pre-ordered it. I can’t quite remember what this one is about, but I do like going into them not knowing anything. I have read Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo and I really enjoyed both of them.

Starlight by Brandon Sanderson 

This book is released on the 26th of November. The day after my birthday. I have read books by Brandon Sanderson and I love his writing style. He always manages to capture my attention and they are some of the only books where I remember what has happened. I have a really bad memory. I haven’t read Skyward yet, so I am hoping to read this next month.
